VBAC Birth Course
This downloadable ebook course was created for families who have had one or multiple previous cesareans and are now thinking about or planning a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). This course covers everything you need to know, from which care provider would suit you most to the most up-to-date research on uterine ruptures. It also details how hospital policies may not always have your best interests at heart, and how you can advocate for yourself.

Welcome to the VBAC course!
When you buy the course, you have priority email access to me, and you have a FREE 2 hour consult with me to discuss your personal situation and how you can adapt what you learned in the course to suit your needs and your plans for your next birth.
Why a VBAC course? After my emergency cesarean with my first baby, I was determined to have a VBAC. As someone who enjoys research, I threw myself into learning as much as I could, and achieved my VBAC in strength and confidence. As part of my research and knowledge-gaining journey, I joined multiple support groups and quickly noticed that there is minimal VBAC specific birth education out there, so I decided to fill this gap allowing more people to achieve their VBACs. As a doula, I have supported many VBAC families, all of which gained self-confidence and an inner strength from their experience.
This course is not a comprehensive birth course (keep your eyes peeled for my next endeavour though!). Instead of focusing on the stages of labour or dilation, this course really zeroes in on what obstacles VBAC families face, and what VBAC families need to break down these obstacles.
